Refund Policy
Qualification

If your product meets the following conditions, you can return it within 30 days from the date of receipt:
The goods must be in brand new and unused condition.
All labels, stickers and protective films are in perfect condition.
(If the protective film has been removed, we regret to inform you that we will have to reject your return request as it violates our return policy.)
The goods must be accompanied by the original packaging, including the watch box and the instruction manual.
Valid purchase vouchers (receipts or order confirmation letters) must be provided.
Refund Procedure
Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Please provide us with pictures or videos of the product.
After receiving the approval, please carefully pack the goods and all accessories, and send them back to us using a traceable and insured shipping method. (Please only use local courier or EMS.)
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, and confirming that they meet our return criteria, we will process your refund within 5 working days. The refund will be made using the original payment method.

Exchange Process
Please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process and inform them of the model of the item you wish to replace.
After obtaining the approval, please carefully pack the goods and all accessories, and send them back to us using a traceable and insured courier service. (Please only use local courier or EMS.)
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, and confirming that they meet our exchange conditions, we will send you the replacement items you need. If there is a price difference, we will charge or refund the difference according to the situation.

  1. Warranty and Maintenance Policy
    Warranty

All the watches sold by Voguary are covered by a 2-year limited warranty. Other products do not come with a warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions that occur under normal usage. The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
Maintenance process
If your wristwatch requires warranty repair, please contact our customer service team to learn about the subsequent steps.
If your wristwatch has exceeded the warranty period, we will offer a paid repair service. Please contact us to obtain the repair quote and additional information.
Please carefully package the watch and send it to us using a traceable and insured shipping method. Please only use local courier or EMS.
After receiving the watch, we will assess the repair requirements and provide you with the estimated repair time and cost (if any).
The repair will be carried out by our experienced professional technicians. Once the watch is restored to normal operation, it will be sent back to you.
