Delivery Time: Approximately 8 – 15 business days.

  1. Delivery Details
    We will dispatch “in – stock” orders within 24 – 48 hours after receiving payment confirmation. After the order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 8 to 15 business days, depending on the destination country/region and the customs clearance process. Please note that during peak seasons or in unforeseen circumstances, the delivery time may be extended.
  2. Order Tracking
    After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. You can use this email to track the delivery progress of your luxury watches at any time.
  3. Delivery Methods
    All our products are shipped using international express services. The specific courier company selected depends on the destination and the most efficient, secure, and prompt delivery method.
  4. Shipping Fees
    Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country/region, package weight, and the delivery method you choose. Voguary will occasionally launch free – shipping promotions. Please stay tuned.
  5. Packaging
    Rest assured that all our products are carefully packaged to ensure they are delivered to you in perfect condition. Each watch is placed in a separate watch box and then put into a protective shipping box.
  6. Multiple Items in a Single Order
    If your order contains multiple items, please note that they may be shipped separately from different distribution centers. In this case, you will receive separate logistics information for each item.
  7. Address Accuracy
    Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or delivery errors. We are not responsible for order issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
  8. Receipt Confirmation
    Please ensure that someone is at home when the delivery arrives. If no one is available at the address you provided during delivery, the courier may leave a pickup notice or attempt to deliver again.
  9. Order Cancellation and Modification
    Once an order is submitted, we will process it as soon as possible. Therefore, we can only accept order modifications or cancellations if the order has not been shipped. If necessary, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.
